Where Do I View Future Reminders On The Customer File?

Using the information in the reminder dashboard on the customer file.

Seeing future scheduled reminders for each customer is easy!  

FROM THE WEB APP

Step 1: Click on a customer file > upcoming messages.

Step 2: Click 'Reminders' to edit the reminder and view upcoming messages.

Step 3: Done.

FROM THE MOBILE APP

Step 1: Tap on a customer file.

Step 2: Scroll down to the 'Upcoming Messages' section.

Step 3: Tap on the Reminder to view upcoming messages.

Step 4: Done
