Service history notes for every piano are typically automatically created when you complete an appointment and create an invoice. On occasion, however, you may need to manually add a service history note for a piano. 

How to Add a Service Note

You can do this easily from the piano record. Under the Service History box click "Add Entry". If you need help finding the piano record, go HERE

  1. Write your note
  2. Choose a date
  3. Hit save

That's it!
