Recording service history helps you keep track of everything you do each time you visit a piano. Gazelle provides three easy ways to record a piano service history.
โ€‹
1. As you complete an appointment in the app,
2. Automatically from invoiced items for a specific piano, or
3. Manually create a service history (which is what we will cover in this article).

FROM THE WEB APP

โ€‹Step 1: Click on the piano record you want to edit.

Step 2: Under "Service History" click "Add Entry"

Step 3: Add your service history notes.

Step 4: Done!
