Adding the 'Last Tuning Date' into a reminder message is easy!

Step 1: Open the message template you want to edit.
Step 2: Add the {{all_pianos}} merge code.
Step 3: Save & Done!
Note: If the customer has multiple pianos due at the same time we will aggregate them into a single reminder so long as each piano is in the same reminder state.
What will this look like to the customer?
Because an email reminder might be for more than one pianos, using this code will simply list all the information about each piano individually. It will look like this when the email is sent...
