Creating a series of automated reminders (email, text, or phone call prompts) is easy!
NOTE: You can assign different groups of customers to different reminders (i.e. residential, institutions, and customers who don't want a lot of reminders, etc...). Simply assign a customer to one of your reminders and Gazelle will make sure they receive the right message, for the right reason, and at the right time.
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Settings > Reminders > Edit.
Step 2: Click 'Add'
Step 3: Customize the messages for each Reminder state.
Step 4: Assign customers to your Reminder.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
This setting can only be edited on the Web App at this time.
