Establishing a calendar sync from an Apple / .ICS calendar into Gazelle is easy!

Time Saving Tip: To establish a 2-way sync you must set up two independent one-way syncs (one in each direction). Also to pull events from Apple you first have to make the calendar public on your apple device. Click here for instructions.

Syncing Frequency:
Gazelle automatically checks for changes and pulls updates into Gazelle every hour (but you can manually sync at any time). When Gazelle pushes events from Gazelle to your Apple / 3rd party calendar there is a lag time controlled by the synchronization interval on your Apple device / calendar settings.

FROM THE WEB APP

Step 1: (In Apple) Copy your entire .ICS link.

Step 2: (In Gazelle) Go to Settings > Externals Calendar.
Step 3: (In Gazelle) Click 'Add' and select 'From a link...'
Step 4: (In Gazelle) Paste in the .ICS link from the calendar you wish to integrate.

Step 5: (In Gazelle) Save.

(It can take up to 10 minutes for your initial calendar sync to add all your events).

FROM THE MOBILE APP

Step 1: (In Apple) Copy your entire .ICS link.

Step 2: (In Gazelle) Go to Settings > Integrations > External Calendars

Step 3: (In Gazelle) Tap 'Add' and select 'From a link...'

Step 4: (In Gazelle) Paste the link from the calendar you wish to integrate.
Step 5: (In Gazelle) Save (it might take up to 10 minutes to sync your .ics calendar).
