Automatically confirming appointments is easy!
NOTE: Automatically confirmed do not require additional steps from your customer to confirm their appointment.
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Settings > Reminders
Step 2: Select the Reminder you want to edit.
Step 3: Click on 'Configuration'.
Step 4: Edit your 'Auto Confirmation Rule'
Step 5: Save
Time Saving Tip: Set your auto-confirmation rule so that it is the same (or greater than) your Critical Confirmation window. This will create a smoother experience for your customers.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
