Automatically confirming appointments is easy!
NOTE: Automatically confirmed appointments do not require additional steps from your customer to confirm their appointment. However, they can still be configured to receive 'confirmed appointment reminders'.
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Go to Settings > Reminders
Step 2: Select the Reminder you want to edit.
Step 3: Click on 'Configuration'.
Step 4: Edit your 'Auto Confirmation Rule'
Step 5: Save
Time Saving Tip: Set your auto-confirmation rule so that it is the same (or greater than) your Critical Confirmation window. This will create a smoother experience for your customers.
FROM THE MOBILE APP
This setting is only available to edit on the web app at this time.
