Editing the system generated message sent to the customer as you approve / decline a reservation is easy! NOTE: if you want to edit the default template used for this system generated message click here.


FROM THE WEB APP


Step 1: Click on a reservation.

Step 2: Select 'Approve / Decline' at the top.

Step 3: Click 'Customize Email'

Step 4: Click 'Approve or Decline' at the bottom.

Step 5: Done.


FROM THE MOBILE APP

Step 1: Tap on a reservation to edit.

Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the page.

Step 3: Select 'Send Email Response'.

Step 4: Tap "Customize Email Message"

Step 5: Tap 'Approve / Decline' at the top of the page to send.
