Automated reminders that work are always 3 things: Anticipated, Relevant, and Personal. To introduce your existing customers to automated reminders follow these steps:

Step 1: Use Gazelle's 'Introduction' reminder as a template.
Step 2: Assign all active customers to this reminder

TIPS FOR CREATING AN 'INTRODUCTION' REMINDER

We recommend keeping customers on this "Introduction" Reminder for 2 weeks before assigning them to your company default Reminder that will begin sending their "Piano Due For Tuning" reminders.

PRO TIP: If this is the first time you have used automated reminders (or you are switching systems) the first message you send your customers is NOT going to be anticipated, but you can easily overcome this by following these steps and wording your first message the way our template suggests!
