Editing your company's text / sms auto responder is easy!

NOTE: If someone replies to a text from your Gazelle automated reminders they will receive an automated reply from your business which you can customize by following the steps below.


FROM THE WEB APP


Step 1: Go to Settings > Company Profile > SMS Messaging > SMS Default Reply

Step 2: Locate 'SMS Default Reply' on the right side of the screen.

Step 3: Change your message

Step 4: Save & Done!



FROM THE MOBILE APP

This setting can only be changed by logging into the Web App at this time.
