Pausing a customer record is easy!
FROM THE WEB APP
Step 1: Click on a customer record.
Step 2: Click "Pause All Contact Until..."
Step 3: Enter a date and reason.
Step 4: Done!
FROM THE MOBILE APP
Step 1: Tap on a customer record.
Step 2: Tap the 'More' action button at the top of the page.
Step 3: Tap 'Pause'
Step 4: Select a date and reason.
Step 5: Done!

What is the Pause Feature?
The pausing feature in Gazelle will let you stop all reminders to a client for a defined period of time.
When should I Pause vs. Inactivate a Client Record?
The Pausing feature is best used for clients who may not be ready to service their piano right now, but are still interested at some point (e.g. client is out of town, taking a summer break, or remodeling their house, etc.)
Inactivating a client is best used for clients who are no longer interested in servicing their piano (e.g. moved out of town, sold piano, or no longer using the piano, etc.).
How Do I Unpause A Customer Record?
Gazelle will automatically unpause this client record and resume reminder emails on the end date you specified. However, if you would like to unpause a client before the ending date, simply select the "Unpause Client" button within the client information box and all reminders will resume for the client record
