How Do I Add Services To An Event?

Adding services to an event using the scheduling workflow.

Adding services as you schedule an event is easy!

NOTE: Once an event is scheduled the list of services will appear in the notes for that event. You can manually edit this note and the list of services as needed.


FROM THE WEB APP


Step 1: Start the scheduling workflow.

Step 2: Add the client the appointment is for

Step 3: Their piano should appear automatically if it is due for service, otherwise click "Add Piano" to add their piano.

Step 4: Click "Add Service" under the list of services for that piano.

Step 5: Search for an existing service from your Master Service List, or create a one-off service by clicking "Custom Service"

Step 6: Click "Save" and you're done!

Time Saving Tip: Your default services will be automatically selected but you can easily change this as needed either by updating your master service list items or by adding a misc service.



FROM THE MOBILE APP

Step 1: Start the scheduling workflow.

Step 2: Add the client the appointment is for

Step 3: Their piano should appear automatically if it is due for service, otherwise tap "Add Piano" to add their piano.

Step 4: Tap on the piano to edit its services

Step 5: Tap "Add Services" to pull up the service selector

Step 5: Search for an existing service from your Master Service List, or create a one-off service by tapping "Custom Service"

Step 6: Click "Save" and you're done!
