Merging two customer records together is easy in Gazelle. Just follow these steps. If you have a large number of customers to merge, you might consider using this method. Learn more about what happens during the merge process.
Merging two clients:
Step 1: Go to the client record and click on the "More" button
Step 2: Click "Merge Client"
Step 3: Select the client that you want to receive the data from the sending client.
Step 4: (Optional): You can choose to merge a piano from the Sending Client to a piano of the receiving Client. To do this, choose a Receiving Piano. If there are multiple pianos to merge, check out this article.
Step 5: Click Merge and Confirm.
