Synchronizing two Gazelle calendars (from different accounts) is easy!

NOTE: Directly integrating calendars from two different Gazelle accounts eliminates the lag time associated with pulling information from a 3rd party calendar (like Google Calendar or Apple Calendar) and gives you immediate access to events and calendar changes on both calendars simultaneously (e.g. you subcontract your services to another company, you both use Gazelle, and you want to Gazelle to work to fill holes in either calendar as they occur).

Step 1: Go to Settings > External Calendar.
​Step 2: Click 'Add' and select 'From Another Gazelle Calendar'.
​Step 3: For 2-way syncs: log into your other Gazelle account & repeat Step 2.

Step 4: Done.

NOTE: Gazelle-Gazelle calendar integrations sync calendar events immediately without a lag time. However, pending reservations will not appear on a synced calendar until after the reservation has been approved.

Step 2: Tap 'Add' and select 'Another Gazelle Calendar'

Step 3: For 2-way syncs: log into your other Gazelle account & repeat Step 2.
