With Gazelle, it easier than ever to expand your services by subcontracting piano movers, finish experts, and rebuilding experts; or simply by hiring temporary help during your busy season.

Step 1: Add a new user to your Gazelle account.
Step 2: Connect calendars so you (and Gazelle) know their availability; and so events you add to their Gazelle calendar show up on the calendar of their choice.

Step 3: Choose which services your subcontractor can be scheduled for.
Step 4: Easily fill holes in their calendar with your customers.
Step 5: Grow your business like never before.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS WHEN HIRING A SUBCONTRACTOR

Can subcontractors access my entire database?

No, subcontractors have limited access and can only:

  • Contact or message customers using the Gazelle app (they cannot see the customer's full phone or email address).

  • They cannot download or export your data.

  • They cannot delete customer or piano data.

  • They can only change settings related to their user (they do not have administrator access to your company wide settings).

  • They can only view customers for whom they are the preferred service provider (or for whom no preferred technician exists).
