If you want to change group(s) of clients from "No Text" to "Wants Text", just email support@gazelleapp.io and we will be happy to assist you. All we need to know are the criteria you want to use to identify client sub-groups who you want to enable text message reminders for. The easiest way is just to say "All Active Clients" or "All Clients on XYZ LifeCycle" but we can run more complex queries as well.
