Changing a customers contact preference to receive text messages is easy!

NOTE: Click Here to change your default 'Wants Text" setting to 'always enable texting for new customers'.



FROM THE WEB APP

Step 1: Click on a customer record.
Step 2: Click 'Edit'
Step 3: Click 'Edit Contact Preference'

Step 4: Change 'Wants Text' setting.
Step 5: Save & Done!

NOTE: If you want to change group(s) of existing clients from "No Text" to "Wants Text", our team can do this for you. Email support@gazelleapp.io and we will be happy to assist you.

FROM THE MOBILE APP

Step 1: Tap on a customer record.
Step 2: Under 'Contacts' tap on the contact name you want to edit.
Step 3: Under 'Name & Preferences' tap on the contact name again to edit.

Step 4: Scroll down and toggle the 'Wants Text Messages' option.
Step 5: Save & Done!
